01 / Contractual Engagement
By confirming a booking dossier via web portal, electronic invoice, or official WhatsApp concierge line with Doha Gateway Services, the client ("Guest") enters into a legally binding agreement governed by the commercial laws of the State of Qatar.
02 / Commercial Tariffs & Settlement
- All quoted tariffs are stated in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise indicated for international wire settlements in USD or EUR.
- Official commercial invoices are issued upon dispatch confirmation. Payment may be settled via corporate bank transfer, credit card, or certified commercial voucher.
- Quoted expedition rates are inclusive of licensed private vehicles, certified desert captains, bottled refreshments, and insurance.
03 / Cancellation & Refund Guarantee
- Standard Day Expeditions & Transfers: Cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to scheduled departure receive a 100% full refund with zero penalty fees.
- Cancellations Under 24 Hours: Subject to a 50% mobilization fee to cover pre-allocated private fleet and reserved captain dispatch.
- Private Yacht & Aviation Charters: Subject to dedicated charter agreements provided during initial concierge reservation.
04 / Off-Road Safety & Passenger Conduct
Desert safaris and high-ridge dune cresting are calculated off-road operations executed under strict Qatar Tourism safety mandates. Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times and follow the instructions of the certified desert master. Guests with severe spinal conditions or advanced-stage pregnancy must notify our dispatch team in advance to schedule gentle coastal scenic routes.
05 / Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising shall fall under the sole jurisdiction of the civil courts of Doha, State of Qatar.
