This policy governs the collection, processing, and storage of personal telemetry and identification data in strict compliance with the Qatar Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).

02 / Categories of Data Collected

In coordinating bespoke concierge, VIP transport, and desert expeditions, we process:

• Identification Details: Full legal name, nationality, passport copies (exclusively for Hayya card, business visa, or civil aviation clearances).
• Contact Coordinates: Official email, telephone, and WhatsApp contact numbers.
• Transit Telemetry: Flight numbers, private aircraft tail registrations, arrival terminal specifications, and hotel room numbers for curbside pickup coordination.
• Dietary & Health Disclosures: Voluntary health advisory notices regarding physical dune suitability or catering requirements.

03 / Non-Disclosure & Diplomatic Discretion

We operate under rigorous protocols for high-net-worth individuals, embassies, and public officials. Client manifests are encrypted and accessible strictly by assigned dispatch liaisons and licensed chauffeurs. We never sell, monetize, or disclose client data to marketing aggregators or unverified third parties.

04 / Security & Data Retention

Telemetry and personal identification records are maintained on secure, encrypted private servers in Qatar. Identification data processed strictly for single-instance airport or tour clearances is purged within 90 days following completion of services, unless extended retention is mandated under Qatari commercial accounting regulations.
